wetsand.com

Wetsand is the most comprehensive website for surf reports. Gives you detailed info such as swell direction, period, wind etc. in a graphic representation that is easy to pinpoint if your spot will be firing. They also cover all things related to surfing- cams, photos, travel etc. I don’t really use too many other sites for forecasting, but that’s just because I’ve found this one so useful. They also sell gear for surfers, and even surfboards, (Although I don’t recommend buying a surfboard from a website.)


noaa.gov

This site from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is a goldmine of information for surfers. It has tons of technical data from buoy readings swell charts – basically everything you’ll need to know about how the next swell will affect your local break.
